- Company Car or £545 car allowance Bonus
- £30,000 OTE.

- 32 days (24 days bank holidays) What youll be doing: Leading multiple sites, driving performance & profitability Moving teams from quick turnover to a premium customer journey Embedding processes like vehicle health checks & forward planning (MOT/service) Coaching teams to identify opportunity without hard selling Influencing senior leadership on future processes & improvements What were looking for: ? Strong aftersales background (main dealer ideal) ? Proven multi-site leadership experience ? Someone who can drive change without losing people ? Commercially sharp but customer-focused ? Hands-on leader who leads from the front ?? Up to £65k basic | £90k OTE | Company Vehicle ??
