Welder

MPI are looking for a Welder, for our client based in Kempston, Bedford Ongoing contract 36 hours per week, 7:00am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday The client manufacture aluminium and steel grilles and diffusers for the ventilation industry throughout the UK and beyond. They are particularly noted for the quality of our design, manufacture and service ethic as a result of which we have enjoyed and continue to enjoy rapid growth. Responsibilities * Perform welding operations using techniques such as TIG /MIG * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly * Prepare surfaces for welding * Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements * MIG and TIG experience * own welding mask
