We are working with an established private provider who is looking to appoint an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Nottingham, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The Opportunity As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently maintained. You will lead, motivate and develop a dedicated staff team while creating positive outcomes for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
