£60,000 per annum | Plus Bonus
Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week (6:30 - 3:30pm)
A leading contract catering provider is seeking an experienced and inspirational Senior Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen within a premium corporate environment in Central London.

The Role
As Senior Head Chef, you will take full ownership of kitchen operations within a retail-focused, free-issue site, delivering outstanding staff dining, hospitality, and globally inspired street food in a dynamic corporate setting.
Leading a brigade of 17 chefs, you will be responsible for building a cohesive, high-performing team while driving both culinary creativity and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives on innovation, embraces global flavours, and excels at delivering engaging, high-quality food experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a large kitchen brigade of 17 chefs
Create and execute innovative, seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, world-inspired cuisine
Drive creativity across retail and hospitality, including engaging live cooking concepts
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Manage food costs, stock control, and budgets to meet commercial targets
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding corporate hospitality and events
Champion wellbeing-focused food initiatives aligned with client expectations
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within contract catering, corporate dining, or a quality-driven hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of global cuisines, modern food trends, and street food concepts
Demonstrated leadership xwzovoh experience managing medium-to-large teams (experience overseeing 15+ chefs highly desirable)
Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise
Passion for delivering exceptional food and customer experiences
Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Comprehensive understanding of food safety and compliance standards
