Mazco Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Grinder to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Larkshall. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled grinder looking for a stable day shift role within a modern manufacturing environment. The Role * Operating and setting CNC grinding machines * Cylindrical grinding of precision components * Working with Jones & Shipman grinding machinery * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances * Conducting self-inspection using measuring equipment Requirements * Previous experience in CNC grinding * Experience with cylindrical grinding OR Jones & Shipman grinding machines * Ability to work to tight tolerances * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Engineering/manufacturing background essential What’s on Offer * Day shift position * Up to £20.00 per hour depending on experience * 39-hour working week * Overtime opportunities available * Permanent position with long-term stability
