The Role

• Face‑to‑face, telephone and digital consultations
• Assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Long‑term condition management
• Preventative healthcare and health promotion
• Home visits when clinically appropriate
• Clinical administration, referrals and results management
• Collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams, including ARRS staff
• Supporting patients to improve and manage their own health and wellbeing
• Contributing to service development and helping shape the future direction of primary care delivery

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

• Fully qualified General Practitioner
• Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
• Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List
• CCT/CCST in General Practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical decision‑making abilitiesAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Confidence using clinical systems and remote consultation technology
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable

• MRCGP
• Interest in medical education or GP training
• Experience working within innovative primary care environments
• GPwSI interests
