Group HR Business Partner (International Private Equity Firm)
Our client is an established international private equity firm with a strong global investment portfolio and regional presence across APAC. They are looking for a commercially minded Group HRBP to partner closely with senior leadership and drive end-to-end HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the business, supporting organizational growth, workforce planning, and people strategy initiatives.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and regional HR advisory support.
- Drive Talent Management initiatives including succession planning, high‑potential identification, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Lead the Performance Management cycle across the organization, partnering with leadership on goal setting, performance reviews, calibration exercises, and talent assessment frameworks.
- Manage end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition activities across regional hiring needs, including talent mapping, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with management on organizational development, change management, and transformation initiatives across regional offices.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives and work closely with leadership teams to strengthen organizational capability and leadership pipelines.
- Drive HR process improvements and support the implementation or enhancement of HR systems, policies, and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal governance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare HR analytics, headcount reporting, and management presentations to support strategic business decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR practices and consistency across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within private equity, financial services, investment management, professional services, or a fast‑paced multinational environment.
- Strong exposure across Talent Management, Performance Management, and end‑to‑end HR operations.
- Experience managing regional Talent Acquisition processes and partnering closely with senior business leaders.
- Commercially driven with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a lean, fast‑paced, and high‑performance environment.
- Hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable managing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
