Workday Consultant

We're looking for a Workday Consultant for a public sector organisation based in Reading (hybrid) on an initial 12 months contract, paying up to £829 per day (Inside IR35).

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office in Reading up to 3 days a week.

The successful Workday Consultant will own the HR digital roadmap and lead a portfolio of Workday optimisation, new capability and wider HR technology initiatives. You'll shape the roadmap, challenge solution design and suppliers, and drive delivery through to business adoption. This is a functional leadership role, not generic programme management, so you'll need the credibility to sit across the table from an implementation partner and challenge decisions intelligently.
