Duties Include: Registering buyers and understanding their requirements Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Generating new business opportunities and valuations Maintaining strong relationships with clients Progressing sales and liaising with all parties involved Working towards and achieving individual and branch targetsRequirements: Previous estate agency experience preferred Strong sales and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment Full UK driving licence required This role offers excellent commission opportunities, career progression, and the chance to join a highly regarded and supportive team
