We're recruiting for a skilled Sous Chef to join the team at a highly regarded kitchen in East Lothian.

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up.
- Confident working in a professional, modern kitchen.
- Collaborative and supportive, with a positive team approach.
- Organised, consistent, and committed to pushing standards in excellence.
