What You'll Do

•Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing colleagues
•Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and on-the-job training
•Drive sales performance through effective KPI management
•Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague engagement activities
•Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service standards
•Maintain operational excellence and compliance across the store
•Lead the shop floor and take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

What We're Looking For
