Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager looking for more than just month-end reporting?

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and expanding group of companies in Blackpool for a newly created Finance Manager position. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in supporting the group's continued growth while leading the day-to-day finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, improving financial performance and helping shape business strategy.

Key Responsibilities as Finance Manager

• Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Partner with the Managing Director on business growth and strategic decisions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Deliver commercial analysis and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting across the group.
• Support and develop the finance function.

About You

• Strong management accounting / finance manager experience.
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills.
• Confident influencing stakeholders and driving improvements.
