Excellent new opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to join this leading West Midlands law firm.

Our client has a leading reputation for real estate work with a friendly, partner led team undertaking high quality transactions.

As part of a considered plan for growth over the next 12 months, the firm seeks to appoint an additional associate or senior associate with ideally ca 3 years+ PQE in real estate to join their busy team.

The team handles a broad mix of core commercial real estate work including commercial acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant, leases, corporate support, financing and asset management work. Here is an opportunity to undertake a broad caseload or to focus in on the areas that particularly appeal to you.
