Trainee Metal and Yard Worker

All About Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Full Time Trainee Temporary to Permanent Metal and Yard Worker to assist with moving, loading and collating building supplies .

Salary: £8 -£12.71 an hour, National Minimum Wage
Start Date : ASAP
Duration: Ongoing temporary to permanent with no legal obligation
Location: NN3
Hours of work: Core hours Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16.30
Our Client: Our well established builders merchants need some help to unload
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Housekeeping of a fabrication and work shop area
· Assisting with some heavy lifting tasks
· Collating stock for orders
· Being trained to use machinery and hand tools
· Working with the yard team to meet order deadlines
· Using PPE equipment and adhering to health and safety guidance
· Checking order paperwork
· Working outside in a variety of weather conditions
