Client Details This organisation operates within the property industry and is based in London and the home counties. Description Provide cost management services on healthcare construction projects. Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and reports. Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation and contract negotiations. Advise on project risks and opportunities from a cost perspective. Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgets. Support the delivery of NHS and other healthcare-related projects. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and cost management matters.Profile A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have: Professional qualification such as MRICS or similar. Strong background in quantity surveying and cost management. Experience working on healthcare or NHS-related construction projects. Skilled in procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
