Senior Quantity Surveyor Glasgow £70,000 - 90,000 12 month contract Construo Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major Energy from Waste project in Scotland on behalf of a growing delivery partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven QS to join a high-profile infrastructure project with long-term potential as the business continues to expand its presence across Scotland. The Role Working as part of the commercial team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a major Energy from Waste scheme. The position offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week required on site and the remainder remote. We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused professional with strong project delivery experience and the ability to manage commercial responsibilities across complex projects. Key Responsibilities * Commercial management of project packages and subcontractors * Cost control, forecasting, and reporting * Contract administration and change management * Supporting project delivery teams to achieve commercial targets * Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts * Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and procedures Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor * Strong commercial and project delivery background * Experience working on major infrastructure or industrial projects * NEC contract knowledge desirable * Previous Energy from Waste experience advantageous * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What’s on Offer * 12-month contract with immediate start available * Hybrid working arrangement * Opportunity to work on a major Energy from Waste project * Long-term progression potential as the business establishes a stronger local presence in Scotland Please send an updated CV for further details on this Senior QS role
