Hub Host ARK Canary Wharf

ARK Canary Wharf is a 705-apartment co-living community, and the Hub is the heart of it. Our Hub Hosts are the first face members and visitors see, checking people in, solving whatever lands on the desk that day, and setting the tone for how it feels to live here.

What we are looking for

• Solid hospitality background hotel front office, high-end serviced apartments, restaurants or members' clubs
• Someone who genuinely likes people, and it shows
• Calm and quick when things go sideways; you fix it rather than pass it on
• Confident handling everything from a lost parcel to a difficult conversation, with the same warmth
• Reliable, well-presented, and happy working shifts including weekends

What you will be doing

• Front-of-house welcome, check-ins and check-outs
• Being the go-to for member queries and day-to-day problem solving
• Keeping the Hub sharp, and logging maintenance and housekeeping issues so they actually get closed out
• Supporting community events and helping new members settle in
