Static Mechanial and Electrical (HIU) Engineer

Static Mechanical and Electrical Engineer + HIU Location: * Aldgate Job Description: A Multi-Skilled Engineer covers both mechanical and electrical maintenance across a site. They act as a generalist, carrying out PPMs, reactive works, and fault finding across a wide range of systems including lighting, pumps, HVAC equipment, and general building services. Requirements: * * Strong background in either mechanical or electrical (with basic knowledge of the other) * * Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance * * Ability to work independently and troubleshoot across multiple systems * * Commercial building experience preferred Package: * * Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm * * Salary DOE * * 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) * * Pension, life assurance, healthcare (Vitality), EAP * * Mobile roles: Company vehicle + fuel card * * Call-out (if applicable): £150 standby + overtime paid
