Our technology supports professionals across health, social care and education, helping deliver better outcomes for millions of people.We are looking for an experienced Product Director to shape product strategy, drive portfolio performance and lead the successful delivery of customer value across multiple products and markets.This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You will influence senior stakeholders, balance commercial opportunities with customer needs, and ensure product investment decisions deliver measurable outcomes.What you'll be doingDefine and lead product strategy across multiple portfolios and marketsShape roadmap priorities using customer insight, market evidence and business objectivesDeliver portfolio commitments within agreed capacity, timescales and budgetsOwn portfolio governance, investment prioritisation and lifecycle managementDrive customer retention, product performance and sustainable business growthEstablish meaningful product metrics and provide clear performance reportingInfluence senior leaders on trade-offs, priorities and investment decisionsEnsure products meet regulatory, compliance and governance requirementsLead strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaborationBuild product capability, leadership succession and high-performing teamsPromote responsible adoption of AI, supported by appropriate governance and oversightTake end-to-end ownership of outcomes and ensure commitments are delivered successfullyWhat we're looking forSignificant experience leading product management and product strategy across complex portfoliosStrong commercial judgement and market awarenessProven success delivering large-scale product roadmaps in regulated or safety-critical environmentsExperience influencing executive-level investment and prioritisation decisionsStrong portfolio governance and resource management capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsData-driven approach to product decision-makingExperience developing and leading high-performing product teamsAbility to thrive in ambiguity and navigate changing prioritiesHealthcare, social care or education technology experience would be advantageousWhy join System C?Our mission is to improve outcomes through technology, and we believe our people are central to that success.
