Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Northampton, working within their specialist SEN Communication and Interaction Unit.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS Teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs to thrive.

The Role

Position: EYFS Teacher - SEN Unit
Location: Northampton, NN1
Contract: Long-term supply
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start: Immediate start available
Potential: Temp-to-perm for the right candidate

The SEN Communication and Interaction Unit has capacity for 10 pupils and currently supports 7 EYFS and Key Stage 1 children with a range of individual needs.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, creative and appropriately differentiated learning experiences, helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally within a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an EYFS Teacher who:

Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Has strong experience within EYFS
Has experience or a genuine interest in working with children with SEN
Understands the importance of communication and interaction in early childhood development
