Our growth and digital transformation strategies are well underway, and we’re looking for a proactive digital content specialist to help us grow our visibility and engagement. As Digital Content Officer, you’ll bring together high-quality content creation, strong technical and analytic skills, and the ability to apply insights. We’d love to hear from you if you are: * Passionate about finding and telling stories that inspire * Excited about exploring new digital channels and creating engaging platform-specific content including video * Experienced in creating and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, using analytics to measure impact, and applying insights to increase engagement * An excellent writer, with skills in SEO and GEO * Experienced in day-to-day website management * Able to create integrated user journeys, including CRM * Eager to empower colleagues to create their own content * Experienced working within and across teams Our Digital Content Officer will play a key role in helping our charity break down barriers and reach even more people with our life-changing services.
