Join our team as a Performance Program Manager, where you will drive operational excellence and lead performance control management across business-as-usual (BAU) activities.   • You will own and deliver cross-functional BAU performance improvement projects, ensuring measurable and sustainable outcomes.
  • Act as the owner of the risk register, identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks effectively to maintain world-class delivery performance.
  • Produce and manage weekly and monthly performance reports, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
