Key Responsibilities of the Property Solicitor: Building rapport and liaising with estate agents, clients and lenders. Remaining compliant with firm procedures and policies. Attending Network events and assisting in business development for the Property department. Overseeing a residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. Handling property sales and remortgages. Working with clients on transfers of equity, leases, and refinancing matters. Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and resolving complex property queries. Requirements for the Property Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a valid practising certificate Minimum 2+ years PQE in residential and/or commercial property Knowledge of property law and Land Registry procedures Additional Information for the Property Solicitor: Monday to Friday Performance Bonus Scheme.
