About the role

Wonderfield Group in the UK is seeking a Head of Property to take overall responsibility for maintenance, compliance and budget across the estate. You will lead the Property team, drive data-informed decisions and partner with Retail, Finance and Health & Safety to support growth.

You will oversee reactive and planned maintenance, deliver the PPM programme, monitor costs and contractor performance, and ensure sites remain safe, compliant and operational across the network.
