Associate Director-Medical Affairs Governance

We are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs professional to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation as Associate Director, EEE Governance.

The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of governance and operational excellence activities across Medical Affairs, ensuring compliance, consistency and excellence in scientific engagement activities. Working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal and commercial stakeholders, you will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, processes and standards.

Key skills and experience:

• Significant experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence or Medical Governance background
• Experience overseeing HCP/HCO engagements, advisory boards and medical education activities
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and industry regulations
• Governance, risk management and process improvement experience
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and influence at senior leadership level
• Development and implementation of SOPs, policies and governance frameworks
• Project and change management experience
• Scientific engagement and evidence generation knowledge
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
