We work in teams focused on improving the reliability, resilience, observability, and operability of customer-facing digital banking services. Support roadmap planning and prioritisation to align delivery with business goals, engineering needs, and reliability outcomes.Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, reduce operational friction, and help teams build and run services confidently.Use data and feedback, including incident trends, service health metrics, adoption data, and stakeholder input, to guide decisions and measure progress.Create clear product materials, including problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and enablement content.Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Maintain delivery hygiene by keeping boards healthy, preparing tickets, clarifying scope, tracking dependencies, and escalating issues when needed.Follow through on actions and help teams move from discussion to delivery.Required qualifications, capabilities and skillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experienceDemonstrated ability to work with technical teams and understand how systems, platforms, and services operate.Foundational understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability, incident management, or software delivery.Experience using data and feedback to make decisions, including service health metrics, incident patterns, adoption trends, or user feedback.Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting continuous improvement in planning, execution, and team learning.Morgan is a global leader in financial services, providing strategic advice and products to the world’s most prominent corporations, governments, wealthy individuals and institutional investors.
