CNC Programmer/Setter Operator

Pay: £18.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm 12:30am

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter Operator for a well-established engineering company based in Kingswinford.

The successful candidate will have experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery with Fanuc controls and be confident working to tight tolerances with minimal supervision.

Duties Include:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery

Operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls

Working from customer drawings and specifications

Producing components to tight tolerances and checking own work

Proving out programs at the machine

Understanding manufacturing processes and working independently

Reporting tooling requirements to supervisors

Supporting basic CNC machine maintenance

Maintaining clean and organised working areas

Following all Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures

Completing training and development activities where required

Requirements:

Previous CNC programming and setting experience

Experience with Fanuc controls essential

Ability xwzovoh to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently and use own initiative

Good understanding of machining processes
