We’re partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to support one of the most sophisticated contingent workforce ecosystems in the market.

This is a highly visible role focused on managing strategic supplier relationships, driving operational excellence, improving supplier performance, and partnering with senior stakeholders across a complex global business.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across operations, sourcing, compliance, delivery, and workforce solutions teams to ensure best-in-class supplier engagement and workforce outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years’ experience in supplier relationship management, contingent workforce solutions, MSP, workforce outsourcing, vendor management, or procurement environments
• Experience managing strategic supplier partnerships within large, global organisations
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements, supplier performance, and governance initiatives
• Experience working within fast-paced, matrixed environments managing multiple xwzovoh priorities simultaneously
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
