Regional Health, Safety & Environmental Manager

This is a PERM role based in Dundee. Develop, implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures in line with legal and company standards. Ensure robust audit and inspection programmes across all sites. Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across all sites. Oversee thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective action and shared learning. Promote a proactive, safety-first culture through visible leadership and employee engagement. Monitor safety KPIs, analyse trends and prioritise improvement actions. NEBOSH Diploma. Significant H&S management experience in a retail or FMCG environment. Proven track record in risk management and incident investigation. Membership of a professional safety body. Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability. Proficient in safety reporting systems. Salary – circa £60k + car allowance and package
