Adult Social Worker

We are currently looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Mental Health Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works with vulnerdable adults that have Mental Health difficulities, this team works to support these individuals. The team will be carrying out Mental Capacity Act assessments, Care Act 2014 as well as creating care plans and packages. This team work to a hybrid working from home set up.

About you

The successful candidate will be a enthusastic and acknowledge within adult social work legisaltion. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's Social Work teams such as community, mental health or complex care A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is preferred for this role but not essential. xwzovoh
