This role is offering a fantastic salary and the firm offer amazing benefits – including free breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffees – like being at a 5 star hotel! /n What’s on Offer: /n /n - Hybrid Working – 4 days office / 1 day remote (Friday) /n - Growing Team /n - Highly generous and competitive salary /n - Amazing Benefits /n - Minimum 1 to 4 years legal experience in a fast-paced environment. /n /n Risk and Compliance Lawyer / Attorney – What you’ll be doing (will include but not limited to): /n /n - Keeping abreast of relevant regulatory and compliance changes/developments and monitoring how this will affect firm policy; /n - Advising on policy changes that will need to take place in line with regulatory developments and changes in law as required and draft amendments to such policies; /n - Support with training for the firm and team; /n - Working closely with the firm's Director of European Risk and Compliance on risk and compliance projects; /n - Supervising junior members of the risk and compliance team and offering guidance as appropriate; /n - Working with key stakeholders and acting as a representative for the firm's compliance function at events; /n - Supporting the firm with general risk and compliance queries; /n - Liaising with the COLP as appropriate; /n - Assisting with data privacy and appropriate analysis as it relates to work of the OGC. /n /n Risk and Compliance Lawyer / Attorney – What we are looking for: /n /n - Bachelor's degree required (2:1 or above preferred); /n - Essential: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 0-4 PQE; /n - Previous experience within a compliance team is desirable; /n - Fee earners with regulatory experience who are considering their first role within a Risk and Compliance team will also be welcomed; /n - A very high level of attention to detail; /n - Excellent analytical skills; /n /n Please apply asap if you are looking to join one of the most prestigious US law firms in the world in a working environment second to none.
