5/7 days - 48 hours - closed Sundays
For a leading Private Members Club situated in the heart of Mayfair
This is a beautifully boutique, very high-end environment where pastry plays an important part in the overall member experience. We are looking for someone with real craft, calm level head and a refined approach. Someone who understands how to create elegant, polished creations that feels luxurious, considered and consistently excellent.
The role will oversee pastry across the clubs multiple dining spaces and bespoke member requests.
What were looking for:
Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous within luxury hospitality
Strong technical grounding across pastry, refined dessert work
A calm, hands-on and highly organised leadership style
Someone who understands detail, discretion and the standards expected xwzovoh in a high-touch environment
Only AA Rosette, Michelin, 5* hotel or fine dining experience will be considered
