Risk & Compliance Business Partner

A leading global insurance organisation is looking for a Risk & Compliance Business Partner to join its growing team in London.

This is a broad, commercially focused role, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide risk, compliance and governance advice, oversight and constructive challenge. You’ll help the business identify and manage risk, support new products and business initiatives, and contribute to the development of a strong risk-aware culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders on risk, compliance and governance matters.
• Supporting risk assessments and providing second-line oversight and challenge.
• Advising on new products, processes, operating models and business initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with wider Risk & Compliance teams and regulatory specialists.
• Keeping stakeholders informed of relevant regulatory developments and supporting implementation.
• Building strong relationships and promoting a positive risk and compliance culture.

About You:

• Experience within insurance, reinsurance, financial services or another regulated environment.
• Background in risk, compliance, governance, regulatory change or business partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance regulatory requirements with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with the ability to provide constructive challenge. xwzovoh
• Awareness of sanctions, international regulation or insurance licensing would be advantageous.
