Our client is seeking a Trainee Management Consultant to join their management consultancy, paying up to £36,000 plus bonus and benefits. Supporting business improvement projects, you will receive structured training and clear opportunities to progress into a Management Consultant role.

The head office is in Theale, but the role involves working on client sites across the UK, typically Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday depending on the assignment.
Duties:
Analyse data and observe working practices to identify improvements
Map processes and help quantify potential benefits
Support the delivery of business transformation projects
Build client relationships and help introduce new ways of working
Benefits:
Up to £36,000 per annum plus performance bonus
£4,836 car allowance, subject to holding a full UK driving licence and access to a car
25 days holiday, increasing annually after three years to a maximum of 30 days

Experience required:
Business exposure through work experience, a placement or an early career role
Strong analytical and communication skills
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Willingness to travel across the UK
