As your career progresses, you will have the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities, strengthen your leadership capabilities, and help develop the next generation of talent within the team.The RoleManage and develop relationships across a portfolio of large and complex Cyber and Technology clients. Build strong partnerships with clients, insurers, underwriters, and key market stakeholders. Coordinate renewals, placements, and servicing activities to deliver outstanding client outcomes. Prepare high-quality market submissions, presentations, and placement documentation. Identify opportunities to support client retention, portfolio growth, and new business development. Monitor market trends, cyber risk developments, and insurer appetite to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues. Contribute to the development of team capability and, over time, be expected to coach and support junior colleagues as part of your professional growth and progression.QualificationsWhat you’ll bringExperience within insurance broking, underwriting, account management, or a comparable client-facing insurance role, typically gained over four or more years.Experience working with insurers, underwriters, and clients across the London or international insurance markets.All-Inclusive organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.Commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for supporting portfolio growth and business development initiatives.A strong professional network and confidence engaging with clients, insurers, and market partners.Spanish language capability would be highly advantageous given our international client base and collaboration across Latin America; other language skills are also welcomed.What we offerEnjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive, both professionally and personally.
