About the role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in peoples lives? We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our teams in Adderbury, Chipping Norton, and Hook Norton.
You will support people with learning disabilities and autism to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy meaningful lives within their local communities. Every day is different, and youll play a vital role in helping people build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy new experiences.
Responsibilities- Supporting people with daily living tasks and personal care
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Supporting people to access the community, attend appointments, and enjoy activities
- Promoting wellbeing, dignity, and person-centred support
- Working flexibly across shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Adderbury Driver essential
- Hook Norton Driver essential
- Chipping Norton Driver preferred
These roles are open to female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, due to the specific needs of the people we support.
Requirements- A positive and compassionate attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided
