About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in peoples lives? We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our teams in Adderbury, Chipping Norton, and Hook Norton.

You will support people with learning disabilities and autism to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy meaningful lives within their local communities. Every day is different, and youll play a vital role in helping people build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy new experiences.

Responsibilities

What youll be doing:
  • Supporting people with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Encouraging independence and choice
  • Supporting people to access the community, attend appointments, and enjoy activities
  • Promoting wellbeing, dignity, and person-centred support
  • Working flexibly across shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
Location Requirements
  • Adderbury Driver essential
  • Hook Norton Driver essential
  • Chipping Norton Driver preferred
Gender Requirement
