Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for supporting young people? We are currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled School Nurse to join our specialised educational team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the clinical lead for 200 learners with complex additional needs, ensuring they receive the high-quality care and support necessary to thrive in an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality clinical care and first aid to learners with diverse health needs, collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless medical coverage.
• Healthcare Planning: Develop, review, and maintain individual Healthcare Plans (HCPs) in partnership with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external health agencies.
