Trainee Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and organised Trainee Administrator to provide support across projects and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills within a professional environment, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support, including telephone calls, front of house and typing.
Handling telephone and email enquiries, responding where appropriate and directing queries to the relevant personnel.
Monitoring inboxes and distributing enquiries.
Setting up and allocating new enquiries and jobs in line with internal processes.
Maintaining accurate records on internal and external databases throughout projects and jobs.
Uploading and extracting work-in-progress information, service level agreement reports and other documentation.
Coordinating site visits.
Completing work accurately, efficiently and in line with internal processes and timescales.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Is:
Reliable and keen to learn.
Confident communicating by telephone and email.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Professional and courteous with colleagues and external contacts.
A proactive team player with good initiative.
No previous administrative experience is essential. Full training and support will be provided. xwzovoh
