About the role
We are seeking a competent, professional and proactive Quality Manager to join our SHEQ Team. The successful candidate will lead the company's quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with client asset standards, ISO 9001 requirements, company procedures and project specifications.
Working across project delivery teams and the supply chain, you will drive continuous improvement, support right-first-time delivery and promote a positive quality culture throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
Develop and improve quality procedures, standards and assurance processes.
Lead quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews across projects.
Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), specifications and quality requirements are implemented effectively.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions and lessons learned.
Analyse quality trends, defects and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Produce quality performance reports for project teams, management and clients.
Support project handovers by ensuring quality records and documentation are complete.
Familiarisation of the clients end-to-end process and ensure overview of the respective stages are completed.
Managing the collation and submission of asset data collection on all projects in a timely manner to the client organisation.
Have overview and support the collation and submission of H&S files, O&M Manuals and the overall project completion process.
Deliver quality training, briefings and awareness sessions.
Provide leadership and direction to the quality team, promoting professionalism, efficiency and continuous improvement.
About You
Degree, HNC or HND in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
Experience in water, utilities, tunnelling, infrastructure or major project environments.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing and assurance processes.
Experience managing NCRs, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
