£38k Full Time Equivalent, Pro Rata

Central London — in office 3 days/week (Mon, Tue, Thu)

Why Join?

This is a proper 3-day-a-week role at a business that’s genuinely growing. You’ll be trusted from day one, given real ownership over how the office runs, and worked with by people who don’t do the “just because you’re part-time” thing.

About The Client

Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed strategy studio in Southwark, London. Around 35 people, working with some genuinely big global brands, and in the middle of a proper growth chapter. The culture is collaborative and refreshingly unstuffy: smart people who take the work seriously but don’t take themselves too seriously. xwzovoh

The Day-to-Day

  • Keeping the office running smoothly: facilities, supplies, health & safety, the vendors who make it all tick
  • Helping new starters land well: onboarding logistics, compliance basics
  • Supporting the leadership team: calendars, meeting coordination, hospitality for client visits and pitches
  • A bit of travel support, for now

The Ideal Candidate

No box-ticking on years of experience here. What matters more:

  • You’re organised without being rigid
  • You take pride in enabling other people to do their best work
  • You want somewhere to actually stay, not a stopgap while you wait for the next thing
