Project Manager

Project Manager I am currently working with a strong Tier Two Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Manager (No2/Construction Lead), to work on a £120 Million, 300+ unit, new build residential scheme with several years of work. This project is a large scale, mixed-use development in Central London, which will include high end, 8-12 Storey, new build RC frame apartments. Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process from ground to handover and experience managing a team of 10-20 Assistant to Site Managers. You would be reporting into the Senior Project Manager, who will liaise with the client and handle the office meetings. Responsibilities for Project Manager Working on a flagship project for a tier two Main Contractor. Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme. Oversee the scheme as Construction Lead - reporting to SPM Requirements for Project Manager Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients. Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations. Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress
