My client are well-established commercial property company based in London.

They are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal supporting a lean, highly experienced legal team and offering a broad mix of property law and company secretarial work, making it an excellent role for someone looking to expand their skillset and gain exposure across multiple areas of an in-house legal function.

The role will involve:

• Drafting and reviewing licences, leases and other property documents
• Land Registry applications, searches and filings
• AML, sanctions and company checks
• Supporting document execution and legal administration
• Assisting with company secretarial matters, including Companies House filings, subsidiary records and AGM preparation

What they're looking for:

• Around 2-5 years' commercial property paralegal experience xwzovoh
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, adaptable approach
• Company secretarial experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
• Good Microsoft Excel skills

The business owns and manages a substantial commercial property portfolio and offers excellent exposure to both legal and wider business stakeholders.
