Project Manager – Commercial Office Fit-Out Location: London Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + package Sector: Commercial Office Fit-Out Employment: Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful management and control of commercial office fit-out projects across London. This is a project and client-facing position, with a strong focus on programme control, stakeholder management, reporting and ensuring projects are delivered against agreed objectives. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for managing commercial office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion. Develop, manage and control project programmes. Lead client, consultant and stakeholder meetings. Coordinate the wider project team and ensure actions are driven through to completion. Monitor project progress, costs, risks and key deliverables. Manage project reporting and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Coordinate with the Construction Manager and site team to ensure the programme is being delivered. Manage changes, variations and project issues. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality. Drive successful completion, handover and close-out.Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial office fit-out projects. Strong CAT A / CAT B experience. Excellent programme and project control skills. Strong client and stakeholder management experience. Confident running project meetings and presenting project updates. Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management. Relevant construction qualification desirable. London commercial fit-out experience highly desirable
