Role Overview

The Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical building services projects within the retail sector. The role will involve pricing works for new store developments, refurbishments, and planned or reactive maintenance projects, ensuring client specifications and commercial requirements are fully understood.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in Electrical estimating, be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working within a fast-paced team environment. The role requires the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to produce accurate costings using Trimble estimating software.

This position offers an opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their technical knowledge, improve and set the standard on estimating processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the pre-construction function.
