HR Assistant

Full time HR Assistant based in Solihull working for a facilities organisation. This role is full time in office. Client Details My client is a large facilities organisation looking for a full time HR Assistant based in Solihull. Description Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters. Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support. Help to coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Process and monitor employee absences and holiday requests. Update HR systems and ensure all data is kept current. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Profile A successful HR Assistant should have: CIPD Level 3 desirable Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of HR processes and systems. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
