As our new  Senior Business Analyst , you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be part of the team that defines and owns the requirements for our e-commerce platform, back-office systems, and mobile apps, enabling Jet2.n As our  Senior Business Analyst , you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including: \Hybrid working (we’re in the office 2 days per week)\n Access to a generous discretionary profit share scheme \n Colleague discounts on  Jet2.Collaborate closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and outcomes, using agile ceremonies such as ‘3-amigos’ and ‘Refinement’ sessions. \Model business processes and solutions through workflows, user journey maps, and other visual artefacts to demonstrate as-is and to-be solutions. \Build and maintain subject matter expertise by developing a deep understanding of our products, systems, and business processes, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support to teams. \Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts. \Work hand in hand with across different internal departments to understand the needs of the business and document how our systems are used. \Coach, mentor, and line manage Business Analysts, supporting their professional growth and day-to-day development. \Take an active role in shaping the BA community, contributing to best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. \Support Lead BAs with complex analysis, providing expertise and insight to tackle challenging business problems and system interactions. \You’ll have extensive experience working as a business analyst, ideally in an agile or scaled environment. \You'll have experience in coaching, mentoring and developing more junior colleagues. \n Join us as we redefine travel experiences and create memories for millions of passengers. n #LI-Hybrid
