Key Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' experience in furniture, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing * Proven experience in furniture preparation, spraying, or finishing * High attention to detail and commitment to quality * Experience working on luxury bespoke furniture or joinery * Knowledge of specialist finishing systems and techniques advantageous What You'll Do: * Prepare and finish bespoke joinery components * Apply primers, lacquers, top coats and specialist finishes * Ensure consistently high-quality workmanship * Carry out quality checks and maintain finishing equipment * Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 * High-end bespoke projects * Modern workshop and facilities * Stable, full-time position * Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid half-day practical assessment.
