Skilled Engineering Personnel Required Temp to Perm Opportunities

Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire -Dayshift, Backshift & Nightshift Opportunities Available

Global Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing business in the Coatbridge area.

Due to continued growth and increased workloads, we are looking to speak with experienced and motivated individuals for the following positions:

• CNC Milling Operators / Machinists
• Manual Horizontal Borers
• CNC Plasma & Laser Operators

These are 13-week temp-to-perm opportunities, offering the chance to join a well-established employer with a strong order book and long-term career prospects.

Candidate Requirements

Successful applicants should possess:

• Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• A reliable and positive approach to work.
• Flexibility to work shifts where required.

Pay & Benefits

During the initial 13-week agency period, payment is available via:

CIS
Umbrella
PAYE

Typical Rates Available

CNC Milling Operators / Machinists

• Dayshift: £25.00 per hour
• Backshift / Nightshift: £30.00 per hour
• Overtime: £37.00 per hour

Manual Horizontal Borers

• Competitive rates dependent on experience.
• Overtime opportunities available.

CNC Plasma & Laser Operators

• Dayshift:£20.00 per hour
• Backshift / Nightshift: £26.00 per hour
• Overtime: £30.00 per hour
