Receptionist Location: Rotherham and Worksop Salary: £13.88 - £14 Hours: Full - Time, 37hrs per week Contract Type: Temp from 06/07/26 to 25/09/26 Our client, a leading education provider, is looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join their Learner Recruitment and Events Team. As a key front-of-house presence, you’ll provide a warm welcome and professional service to all visitors, learners and staff. This full -time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy reception environment and enjoys helping others. You’ll handle course enquiries, provide pre-entry advice, and ensure every interaction reflects the college’s commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include: * Delivering a professional reception and enquiry service * Providing accurate information and advice to learners * Managing phone, email and face-to-face enquiries * Supporting internal departments with learner recruitment processes * Ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience You will need: * Experience in a customer-facing role (education sector desirable) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Level 2 in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards) * Must hold a current & valid ENHANCED DBS * Level 3 in Information & Guidance and Level 2 in Customer Service (or willingness to work towards) Why this role?
