Project Manager

Project Manager Required in Central London GVR Solutions are currently representing a leading building restoration and conservation contractor based in central London who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team to work on some of London’s most historical landmarks. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: * Dealing with the full life cycle of the project - from being awarded the job to handover and final account * Day to day running of a project * Cost management * Programme management * visiting sites and having the confidence to deal with big clients * Manage the teams on the ground * Strong leadership to have limited hierarchy with a silent undertone that they do know who’s running the project. The Project Manager must have/be: * Restoration and conservation experience * Professional and presentable, with a driven, proactive approach to work * Commercially astute * Experience on Commercial or Industrial projects is advantageous * An understanding of the programming system Builder Trend * A high level of quality control * Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements * Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client * Documentation & reporting skills * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid If you are interested in the Project Manager position above, then please get in touch
